Also, don’t get me started on Taco Bell. But it makes sense that someone on America’s team will now forever be known as Taco Bellsbury. This makes me want to give up on major league baseball. I’m trying to reconcile how I can spend my time caring about this when the Red Soxs and Taco Bell exist. I want to know what team is going to step up and take them down and not become Red Sox pt. 2 to do it.
If for some reason this happened where soriano or theriot or someone on the Cubs made the WS into a Taco Bell commercial that is the moment I stop being a Cubs fan. I also did not watch a single inning of the world series. It was an embarrassment.

Hopefully things will get better in baseball in 2008. Its doesn’t get much more corporate than MLB so its a good reflection of this country. Things need to get better.
